If you have a non-Dutch nationality and you are 18, or older? The Dutch Union requires you to arrange a clearance. (even if you never played rugby before).
Click here and fill out this clearance form a.s.a.p. and send it to the union of your home country. They will send it to the Dutch Rugby Union.
Should you receive a copy yourself, send it a.s.a.p to ledenadm@rugbyclubgroningen.nl, so they can contact the Dutch Union.
